Whether you are an advanced dancer looking to keep your skills sharp, or are completely new to dance wishing for a fun new form of exercise, we provide great instruction for every skill level. Learning to dance is a great way to meet new people and to boost your self-esteem and confidence. Ballet
A theatrical art form of the body demanding grace and precision.
Young Adult Int./Advanced Ballet
For dancers enrolled in Young Adult Int. Tuesday and Thursday and for Graduates/Advanced Adults | Refining the virtuosity and artistry of classical ballet technique.
Adult Beginning/Continuing Ballet
For students that are looking to start learning the ballet basics and for adult dancers that are continuing their ballet training.
Tap
An American original forged at the crossroads of African and Irish dance forms.
Adult Beginner/Intermediate Tap
More difficult variations are added at this class level. Complexity of the steps increase, student must focus on body alignment to maintain balance and build strength. (Class placement determined by skill level).
Adult Advanced Tap
Dancers strive for clean sounds while executing difficult combinations. Higher speed steps, more complex rhythms, and tricks are taught to challenge our students at this level. Dancers are taught to perform, not to just execute their steps. (Class placement determined by skill level).
Electives
Fun options to expand your dancing skills beyond the core studio classes. Ages 13 and up.
Partnering
Learn the art of Pas de deux (dance for two), skills including: pirouettes, lifts, balances, and selected repertoire. Pointe technique is a pre-requisite for female students.
Variations
Learn repertoire from Classical Ballets such as Swan Lake, The Sleeping Beauty, Don Quixote and more. Pointe technique is a pre-requisite.
Conditioning for Dancers
Learn specific exercises and stretches to compliment dance training. Focusing on a healthy mindset to grow the dancers strength, flexibility and technique.
Men’s Class
Designed to specifically target the needs of the male ballet dancer.
Ballroom
Learn dances such as the Waltz, Cha-cha, Rumba, Tango, Foxtrot and more.
Musical Theater
Learn repertoire from Musicals both old and new such as Oklahoma, Anything Goes, A Chorus Line, Hamilton, West Side Story and more.
Lyrical/Contemporary
Dancers are encouraged to be versatile in their expressions, being able to portray a wide array of movement styles and emotion. Focusing on spatial/body awareness, floor work, leaps, turns, and proper body alignment.
